Cherry Park is a residential development project next to the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. It will be one of London's largest single-site PRS schemes. The development will host 1200 new homes and will also have amenities such as a resident's gym, swimming pool, workspace, and high-quality public areas. The new residential area uses the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s strategy by adding offices, residential properties, and hotels to large retail destinations to increase the densification of the area.
