Designed as a highly sustainable and flexible office-led scheme, the building provides an improved public realm at the ground level through extensive landscaping, widened pavements and seating incorporated into the architecture.
The 139,000 sqft scheme comprises 134,000 sqft of flexible offices and 5,000 sqft of retail with communal and private terraces. Features include extensive landscaped areas and a generous double-height reception. It is made up of three volumes: a base with active frontages for new retail and a street-facing work lounge, a middle volume of workspace, and an upper-level pavilion with terraces and green-roof areas around the perimeter of the building.
